By accessing this site, you accept that all content is legally protected and agree that you shall not extract, reuse, store, copy, reproduce, distribute or share it either directly or indirectly, using any media whatsoever. Any use, copy or reproduction of this site, either complete or partial, other than for the ‘permitted purpose’ described in these terms is expressly forbidden.
Information on the WineDrive Website may only be used as a reference aid for private and personal purposes (the ‘permitted purpose’). It must not be used for commercial purposes. You shall not acquire any intellectual property rights whatsoever concerning the content of this site, nor any rights whatsoever relating to branding and distinctive images, technologies and other features contained within this site.
The downloading onto your computer system and your subsequent use of data from the WineDrive Website for the ‘permitted purpose’ is entirely under your control and is at your risk.
Wine producers and their vineyards are listed in WineDrive Premier Pages which are password protected and available by annual subscription. Once your subscription is confirmed, you have full access to Premier Pages and can use the information provided for the permitted purpose. Refunds are therefore at the discretion of the Company Management.
Winedrive Limited takes great care in compiling the information contained within the WineDrive Website but has no control over sources of information. Winedrive Limited does not guarantee that the information is free of errors or is exhaustive. Winedrive Limited will not be held responsible for errors or omissions or for direct or indirect losses of any description whatsoever resulting from use of the WineDrive Website, its contents, or any booking engine facilities either within the WineDrive Website or linked to it. Winedrive Limited does not guarantee the availability, quality or cost of any wines, services or other products listed or referred to on the WineDrive Website or via any third party links.
Claims, views and expressed opinions within the pages of the WineDrive Website or in associated newsletter, news bulletin or other communications are not necessarily those of Winedrive Limited, its employees or executives. Winedrive Limited assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions.
You undertake that any user comment or other item you may submit for possible publication on the WineDrive Website or other purpose does not infringe any third party intellectual property or publicity/privacy rights or violate any laws or regulations. You further undertake not to submit any material which is defamatory, obscene or pornographic or containing any viruses or other computer software which is intended to damage or interfere with the functioning of the WineDrive Website or the business of Winedrive Limited. In submitting material you indemnify Winedrive Limited, its directors and officers against any claim whatsoever resulting from any such material submitted by you.
Only WineDrive members can use this service.
Contract to buy wine is between the buyer and the vineyard or vineyards and the buyer must pay the vineyard or vineyards for all wine purchased. Vineyard prices include French taxes.
Winedrive member agrees to complete and submit the on-line shipment notification form available in Premier Pages. PLEASE NOTE: Completing these forms is essential for administering wine shipments with our vineyards. If a member places orders direct without completing the on-line forms, Winedrive Ltd reserves the right to suspend membership.
Our Calais collection point will only accept shipments from WineDrive listed vineyards.
Winedrive does not hold any information regarding shipments from vineyards. All inquiries regarding delivery must therefore be directed to the vineyards concerned.
Buyer agrees to pay collection point a handling charge of €3.59 per 12 bottles (or equivalent) payable on collection.
Collection must be within 30 days of notification that your wine is in Calais. Any shipments not collected within 30 days will be subject to an additional handling charge of €0.50 per bottle per week or part thereof, payable on collection. If the wine is not collected after three months, it will be disposed of and buyer will have no claim whatsoever against the vineyard, the collection point or Winedrive Ltd.
Winedrive Ltd, the collection point and their associates do not accept any responsibility whatsoever in relation to any claims regarding wine purchased from vineyards.
This service may not be used for the commercial import of wine to the UK. If Winedrive Ltd or the collection point have reason to believe this service is being missused, they will refuse to handle the order.
When placing an order with a winedrive listed vineyard for shipment to Calais, the member accepts fully these terms and Winedrive Limited terms and conditions.
'The Advertiser' is the person, company or organisation in whose name advertising or paid for space is booked.
Any person, organisation or business agreeing to advertise with Winedrive Limited will pay an agreed fee with payment due on receipt of invoice. Failure to pay will result in the immediate removal of the Advertiser's page or advertisement and all associated references.
Advertisers will be bound by any terms and conditions agreed at the time of contract or from time-to-time. Winedrive Limited reserves the right to remove any page or advertisement if the advertiser is in breach of any terms so agreed.
Advertising or paid for space will be invoiced by Winedrive Limited in the United Kingdom and will be subject to United Kingdom VAT rules.
The Advertiser indemnifies Winedrive Limited its executives and employees against any claim whatsoever arising from the content of any advertising or graphic image or text content it supplies for publication on Winedrive web pages or in any email newsletters or circulars issued by Winedrive Limited.
The Advertiser indemnifies Winedrive Limited its executives and employees against any claims howsoever arising from errors or omissions within any advertising or paid for page or other page on the Winedrive website or in any email newsletters or circulars issued by Winedrive Limited.
All advertisements and paid for space in relation to the advertising of self catering or rental property on the Winedrive website will be prepared from information and graphics supplied by the property owner or copied from the owner's website as appropriate. Winedrive Limited may ask for additional information or graphics or pictures of specified technical quality or in specified formats.
The advertiser has sole responsibility for ensuring all holiday accommodation and property offered for rental or sale conforms fully to all laws rules and regulations relating to the management sale and rental of property or holiday accommodation which may from time-to-time be in force.
Advertisements and paid for space will conform to Winedrive Limited's page format as best achieved from the information and materials supplied by the advertiser. Whilst Winedrive Limited will always endeavour to meet advertisers requirements, Winedrive Limited retains all rights regarding design, layout and functionality of all website pages.
Winedrive Limited will undertake to update, change or amend any advertisement or paid for space at the advertisers request at any time and at no charge and will implement such changes or amendments in a timely manner.
The advertiser will notify Winedrive Limited as to business status in France and provide a TVA number if appropriate.
All advertisements and paid for space for holiday accommodation and property rentals on the Winedrive website will expire on December 31. Invitation to renew will be issued no later than September before expiry with payment for renewal due before expiry date. If payment is not received before expiry date, the advertisement or paid for space will not be renewed.
Any advertisement or paid for page or other reference does not imply any endorsement by Winedrive Limited its officers or employees of any product service or facility offered by that advertisement, page or reference.
Winedrive limited can only accept cheques drawn on a UK bank. Currency payments in $US or Euros can be made by electronic bank transfer. Bank details for electronic payments are provided on invoices where appropriate. Failure to meet payment terms will be deemed breach of contract and may result in immediate cancellation of any agreement and/or withdrawal of services.
